It's a call center and the annualized attrition rate usually goes up to 50%. Recently though, I heard they reduced this benefit for new hires.

Bro,- nice dinner on the 31st floor of Vivere (open air).... Good view of the area....

Food is okay... Moreover, the view is priceless!....

They have made significant improvements on the railings,- so don't worry that you could topple over....

How manila traffic is so bad. What used to be a semi pleasant 45min and predictable drive to work has become a 1 hr 45 min exercise in futility and frustration. Its so hard to stretch the legs of your cars nowadays if you live in the city.

^yeah, my office is 4km away from our house but going home takes almost an hour at times.

I guess it's true what an article I read says - the shorter the distance from house to workplace, the happier you generally are.

Yup. I thought changing from a gas guzzler to a more fuel economy friendly car would make me happy hindi pa din pala still better than the latter.

Iniisip ko na lang mas mapalad pa din ako dun sa mga nagsasakripisyo mag commute daily.

Yup, I can also feel that.

Our office moved some years ago, from 8Km to 20Km from our dear home,- with additional SLEX toll,- and with its last 3Km, a battle royale in one of the most chaotic stretches of road in the Metro.... Less happy than before....

    You moved to Makati na?

I believe in that article too. I've been in the same company for 6 yrs and one reason why I am hesitant to leave is the convenience. I don't think I can work in Ortigas again.

Thats all true. I could spend more time with family rather than with jeepney exhausts. But at least for my wife and kids they work and study very near home. Its only me that makes the apocalyptic traffic run everyday. If i moved to makati then they would suffer. So i guess its best if its just one of us who does.

Having said that makati prices are crazy anyways. So it's moot and academic for me.

so's they can not be traced by the BIR...
    heh heh.

besides, pick-up and/or meet-up ... you never know the quality of the person you're gonna meet..
and it also makes it more difficult for the buyer not to complete the sale, once he sees the merchandise did not meet his perceived specifications..
