Ang forced retirement(like when you reach 60 or 65 or 70?)depende sa company, you'll be given somewhat a retirement pay kasi that is involuntary separation from the company.

You also do get more benefits when you move up, I heard in CVG they have a car loan and car subsidy when you get to a senior management level. Maganda pa if you are working for an ROHQ Multinational BPO, kasi you only get 17% maximum tax.
cvg lang ng ang alam ko bro.
iirx yung case ng dell sa moa nung ma absorb ng teleperformance wala nangyari sa agents doon kung lunukin ang mas mababang sahod.

Thinking of having a tint in my windshield. Mejo nahihirapan ako sa glare ng mga ilaw sa paligid. If I'm driving alone in a dark road mas okay sakin.

If you are doing 32% in your tax rate,- then your taxable income is > P500K.

I'd say you're earning AT LEAST P600K annually....

Translated into monthly income,- that would be P50K a month,- not bad. (A lot of people are not that "lucky")

Bro, binanggit namin yan ni Timmy dun sa kabilang forum hehe. ROHQs are Citibank, Thomson Reuters, Maersk etc. Maganda yung retirement package dun sa Sitel before, you can retire as early as 45yrs old. Tapos min. 5 years svc., you get 300% for every year of service.

Wow... I don't think the company I'm with gives anything like that. It makes me wonder if I can get a better deal elsewhere.

This is the first time I heard of 300% too. Normally it's 100% or 150%. Makes me wonder what their turnover rate is.
