bought these about a week ago. might last a month supply. ako lang naman nagkakape ng brewed, the rest of the household ay mga instant at ready-mix ang gusto. btw, my 1st time to try robusta and excelsa, madalas arabica ang binibili ko.

enjoy ko pa naman mag-grind ng coffee beans. french press o kaya drip type coffee maker lang naman ginagamit ko kaya easy to use and clean.

Kaya sa Shopee ko lahat binili yan pati yung Gatorade, yung prutas meron dito dumadaan sa Subdivision na nagtitinda..

Umiinom na ako Apple Cider vinegar tuwing gumising ako yan din una ko iniinom.. Sa 500ml nga lang na tubig tapos 1/2 tbsp/7.5 ml na Apple Cider.. Tsaka ngayon na may sakit ako kasabay nyan sa umaga yung binabad ko na garlic sa honey, last year ko yun ni-prepare kaya nag-aged na..
Yung Gatorade, stock lang din yan.. Kapag may nag-e-LBM kasi dito bukod sa Hydrite yan din pinapa-inom ko.. Wala pa naman nag-e-LBM, pero para sure lang na meron mahuhugot kapag kailangan..
Yung daily tubig naman namin na iniinom, malapit lang kami sa bilihin ng mineral water 35 pesos lang pang-4 days na namin na iniinom.. Di ko alam kung ano yung filter na ginagamit nila, ang tagal na din naman nag-aaral palang ata ako high school or college dun na kami bumibili.. Ok naman wala naman nagkakasakit.. [emoji4]

Yung drip coffee is good for us kasi for regular coffee, 1 cup a day na lang kami. Before I would make a pot good for 4-6 cups. In the afternoon instant decaf na lang.

My daughter has been asking for UCC sumiyaki. Kaso walang available sa UCC malapit sa min. So just bought coffee beans from Krispy Kreme.

UCC has Sumiyaki drip coffee too, you can buy this muna habang wala silang beans.

oh i see, di ko pa naman naabot yan 12 cups/day[emoji85][emoji28]

mga newly roasted naman. its just that compared sa mga branded like SB blends at ethiopian coffee beans na i used to consumed nung nasa overseas ako, parang the local produced lack the strong aroma. maybe nasa variety ng coffee beans[emoji4]

Is it because of the roast as well? The store I get my coffee from sells both local and foreign varities. We prefer a dark roast but all local coffees are just mediums. We alternate between Vietnam and Bali. They fill the room with aroma everytime we pull espresso.
