I'm really scared

I've been used to the same job and boss that I both love. I even considered giving up my green card for this job. My previous boss from my first job was famous for being a terror and gave me anxiety attacks that I had to resign

Kaya I promised myself as long as I had this job and boss I am staying until retirement even if salary is low.
