    Regarding upcoming bagyo. Which is lesser evil? Ang tumama directly or lumihis sa atin pero habagat naman ang kapalit?

    mas damaging pa rin supertyphoon imho, even if it just lasts a few hours.

    For Metro Manila in particular...yes me baha pag habagat, but at least there's lesser chance of the power going out. Kung nagkamalas malasan at major damage eg poste or transformer, siyam-siyam aabutin bago maayos.

    It's like asking, would you prefer na malunod or mabigti?

    Direct hit, may damage dahil sa malakas na hangin + baha.
    Habagat brings heavy rain so baha lang.

    Siguro the latter (lumihis) na lang...
