A direct hit will result in lots of casualties.

Typhoon Milenyo... on Edsa, we saw the wind push over a motorcycle. Awang awa kami because he couldn't manage to get up. Every time he'd try to right his bike, the strong gusts would push him down again. Even those of us in heavier vehicles could feel the force of the wind slamming against the windshield eh, yun pa kayang exposed ka like that with just a raincoat?

Hi Doctor It was my first time to experience the eye of the typhoon passing Metro Manila. It was calm for a few hours and then it hit again. The typhoon was so strong we lost power for a few days ata.
