September 10th, 2018 05:10 PM #7479Typhoon Milenyo... on Edsa, we saw the wind push over a motorcycle. Awang awa kami because he couldn't manage to get up. Every time he'd try to right his bike, the strong gusts would push him down again. Even those of us in heavier vehicles could feel the force of the wind slamming against the windshield eh, yun pa kayang exposed ka like that with just a raincoat?
