Let's just admit it, duterte isn't one of those leaders who stand in a podium and assure the country that we are ready and everything will be OK. Unless it's a storm of drugs, he won't do that.

But the whole country is ready, every government department and LGUs are ready. Governors and mayor's have been on social media non stop to warn people. Some even have prepared tents on evacuation areas. I've been receiving text warnings from ndrrrrrmc.

unfortunately, the warnings can't be region-specific, because the messages are cast generic-nationwide.

we in ncr do not feel the acute lack of warning, but out in the rural-est of boondocks and among fisherfolk, this may be the only warning they can get.
