    walandyo cathey tatlo-ligo isang araw???

    soap and the source of water is an endocrine disruptor. Maliligo lang ako ganyan kadalas within 24hours kung natural spring water.

    Alam mo ba certain areas in cavite the water is fluorodated!!!!

    Nagpaplano na ako magpapakabit reverse osmosis sytem sa bahay para panligo ko filtered talaga.

    Yup. Once before going out, once pagkauwi ng bahay, once bago matulog. Hindi naman parati ganyan, sobrang init lang past few days. Pinagsasabihan ako ng Mommy ko na sobrang linis ko kaya madali ako magkasakit, sabi din ng iba baka kaya na covid ako kahit super paranoid double mask at hindi lumalabas

    Lakas ng ulan today!

    tama lang umulan malakas para mapuno angat dam and para makita mga inayos na kalsada/drainage kung hindi na babahain. Nakasalalay pangalan ng skwelahan nyo. Manlalait talaga ako pag trabahong ampaw na naman.
