Hinde mo naman makikita doc eh, kasi nga say ang plan mo may allotted text , which is sanay ka na every month, tapos biglang lalampas sa particular month na yun like for example yun time na may mga eartwuakecdrills or whatever

Ako kasi pag lumampas ng P200 - P300 di ko na pinapansin, i have no time to review long bills, but P50- P200 per person texted to every Filipino, milyunan yan

Eh di ba nga pag nag reinstall ka ng phone , may charge kagad yan telco, sa MMs or in our case iphone users sa facetime or imessage. Minsan 15 Pesos yan
    Kasi mag reregister ulet

again, those alerts are always several hours old

like you receive one at 7pm but the message says it's a weather update for 2pm

    mag twitter ka nalang

    trending ang #Tisoy #TisoyPH #TyphoonKammuri

you'll see updates only a few minutes old

or posted just a few seconds ago

How NDRRMC issues its emergency mobile warnings
My Samsung tablet has a Globe prepaid SIM and my Oppo phone has a Smart prepaid SIM. Both have zero load for almost a year now, and still they get NDRRMC alerts. Also my wife upgraded from a Nokia 5.1 to a Xiaomi Rednote, transfering her Globe SIM to the latter, but lo and behold her Nokia still receives NDRRMC alerts even without a SIM.

everytime this 3rd world country tries to copy 1st world stuff it loses the essence

kaya nga emergency alert kasi the govt wants you to act now

let's say meron malakas na undersea quake so may tsunami warning

you want the govt to send an emergency message a few minutes after the quake (AT MOST A FEW MINUTES)

if you're near the beach you wanna be told to get outta there immediately

that's what public service is diba?

pero you're gonna receive the emergency message 6 hours after the quake

    ganyan ang 3rd world

Kaya sobrang laki ng coverage ng bagyo na yan is for us not to witness sa matindeng labanan mangyayari above our airspace

Kung napanood nyo kasi ang Star Wars rogue one, our planet is like that protected by a dome wherein there is one entry point.

Now, malevolent being or even benevolent beings are constantly trying to access us for their respective purposes , one is to exploit us and one is to save us from a secret organization controlling us, i call it the secondary government, or the one true government that governs, not Us not China

Kasi kita nyo naman sinara lahat ng Airports natin, meaning from 11am to 11pm, wala ni isa eroplano makakapasok sa Philippine region. That is because the fighting upstairs may release electromagnetic waves or powerful lasers that may penetrate the dome and baka malay nyo may untoward incident mangyari sa mga travelers.

And the NdRMCC texts are meant to keep us inside at homes so that malay mo nga ma-witness natin ang fighting sa itaas.

The Earth’s core kasi is very precious to these beings thats why they are all here. Ibalt ibang armada yan na nanunubok, the moon has taken a lot of hit na with these hostile ships, but our ancestors has managed to convert our moon into somewhat like a Death Star, our main gun.

, by analogy, nasa Philippine sea ngaun, ang Russia, British, French Us and Chinese fleet, para ma-extract ang mga metals natin sa Philippine trench . Parang ganunang nasa itaas.

So kaya may ganyan kalaki bagyo, for us not to see the star wars system in play

Yan kasi NDRrMC na alerts, oo create talaga yan to inform us just in case nga may mangyayary like alien attack zombie apocalypse, deadly virus, tsunami, earthquake or whatever danger

The thing is meron aspeto dyan ng human nature eh , like for example Telco execs tasked to find new sources of revenue before year end , so thst they can have fat bonuses in Dec, to be spent in Jan in terms of 3 week vacation or fancy new Super Grandia with Atoy kits

So yan ang suspetsa, ko, why we are being notfied of the same text message, super alarmist or super paranoid . I mean diba ,parang tumatalon ang puso everytime it alerts.

Maj kumikita na dyan or may kikita na dyan. Tapos yun na nga groceries, biglang lahat ngaun mag stock up ng di kailangan, so thats good in a sense because it adds up to the GDP, coz consumer. Buying naman talaga patskbo ng ekonomiya

And then there’s the new expenses, netflix, youtube premium, apple tv shows etc. etc. biglang mag-spike yan pag alam ng tao na mag stay home sila coz of the weather, binge watching to the max with all the goodies bought from the grocery.

Man oh man, truth is stranger than fiction nga. Especially in the fertile mind of our resident OB.

At least we won't be bored until the weather subsides.

Just got another emergency alert from NDRRMC. Time stamp -- 5:32pm. Actual received time: 5:41pm. A matter of 9 minutes. So sometimes it's not a matter of hours. Sometimes it's rather "timely", FWIW. Just saying.

This kind of alert is good for those people who have no internet or data connection. Most everyone has a cellphone nowadays, but data connection is not so prevalent yet. I think that's the target demographic of these alerts.

For me, personally, better have it than none at all. It's free anyways.

Reading and talking about these emergency alerts from NDRRMC made me belatedly realize that it has its own usefulness.

Take the case of my relative who despite having twitter, facebook, viber, tv, cable, and other usual and common -- especially to us who have easy access to it -- sources, did not know that school classes in her area were already suspended for the next day (Monday, December 2). It was suspended Sunday night, and her viber group even informed her of that fact. For whatever reason (stress, work, just busy, etc) she missed that very important and crucial notice.

Next day came, she even woke up early, prepared breakfast, woke her kids up -- when that loud emergency alert caught her attention and only then did she realize that her area was already under signal number 2, which made her check her viber to find out, albeit belatedly, that classes were indeed suspended as per her suspicion because of that one (1) alert. In short, that NDRRMC alert "saved" her.

If it "saved" her, someone who had easy access to that info in the first place, what more those who don't have the same access? I'm sure there are those who are grateful for it, but maybe not us city fellas. We gripe when government does "nothing" -- i.e. don't alert us --, and we still gripe when they do.
