General statement nanaman...parang manghuhula sa Quiapo. [emoji23]

Sabihin mo ako yan kakaiba ngayon pa lang para magka alaman na

Ikaw naman eh kaya nga sinabi ko kakaiba ito weather ngayon kasi hindi ako sanay sa ganito klase buhos.

Pero yung mga tumumpak ko forecast before eh based on feelings yan, pound for pound level = the sound, the color, the feel, the moment. Partida pa eh wala pa ako equipment nya. Eh yung mga weather station completo gamit pero palyado pa rin.

But i like this. Im a nature guy so added learnings ito nangyayari.

So far wala pa namang baha dito sa dvo proper. 1:17Pm makulimlim na mainit init ang panahon.

Malaki factor yung nabawasan pag-gamit plastic bag sa malls and supermarket.

Eh nung ondoy and habagat grabe basura nakakaclog. That was year 2009 and 2011. So ilan years na din wala grabe baha.

Sa next kita ko sa mga members ng intelligencia eh we will focus for the night till madaling-araw about this baha problem. Aabutin ito ilan meetings for this topic alone. So iniisip ko na ano kakainin namin para masaya usapan. Nainfluensyahan ko na din mga ito sa paghehealth concious so i will find a mayonaisse na coconut oil.

Naiisip ko kasi dapat matigil na pag-gawa condominium or put a limit ala one-child policy kada lugar or kada 10 kilometers.

Ito mga developer and business kasi lalakas ng loob gumawa eh nagtitipid ng parking. Nasanay kasi pwede gawin parking slots kalsada basta susuhulan lang barangay tagay.

Kaya kahit inis ako sa pagka jo-gings ng puregold eh responsible naman sila. Super laki parking and libre pa.

I remember that *Sarsi made a forecast. So *kagalingan is no longer the "only weatherman", as we already have two.

However, I doubt the word "floods". I could almost see it as a double-edged sword!

Bakit nawasak yung bumper e hindi naman ganun kataas yung baha?

Also, bakit kaya walang SUVs na tumatawid e hindi naman mukhang malalim hehe
