    oh di ba hindi natancha ng weather station yung dami ng ulan. Wala pa ata equipment na accurate makakacalculate one day before kung gaano kadami ulan. Kasi kung meron eh dapat kagabi pa lang may warning na.

    So kailangan pa ng more studies about the weather.

    Montalban, Rizal, near Avilon Zoo earlier today when the water level was at 18m. It's 19.5m now as of 7:15pm.

    That's obviously an alert warning in the vicinity and neighboring area. With this kind of rain from early after midnight up to now it is really scary.

    may mga iilan na kumontak sa kadugo ko na nagpapatulong saan makakahagilap ng towing truck dahil nalubog ng baha kotse.

    Kaso wala magwre-wrecker ngayon.

    Dami na naman nalubog sa baha. So ingat sa mga bibili ng segunda mano for the remainder of the year and next year....
