    Happy for you bro.

It took me many years to convince my parents to transfer residence, like more than ten years... Now they and i can sleep peacefully at night even when there's continuous downpour....

Ang masama nito, super saturated na yung lupa ngayon. Even if rains in the next 5 days are considerably weaker, flooding is still likely to occur

How's the weather in Manila now? It's eerily quiet here at the probinsya.

As usual, on FB i still see some feeds taking a swipe at PNoy for the previous flood control projects. At least with EDSA they fixed the flooding in front Camp Aguinaldo.

The peace if mind is definitely worth it.

Same can't be said with my in-laws. But at least the flooding just isolates their home in most cases and kaya naman ng high vehicle to pass. Clearing lang ng drainages and dredging of waterways katapat niyan sa area nila.

This video grab from the Twitter account of Karen Madrigal shows a tornado sweeping across Manila from the Port Area before 5 p.m. on Sunday. Madrigal took the video from a condominium in Binondo district. Social media users also reported that the tornado passed by Quiapo and Sampaloc districts as well as Galas in Quezon City. In Intramuros, Manila, the tornado toppled motorbikes and metal barriers, and sent tree branches and roof panels flying.

Not according to the forecasters at the Manila airport. More of the same (southwest monsoon) with long periods of rain and some breaks in between.

If you look at a satellite loop, there's a counterclockwise circulation just southwest of Taiwan indicating a Low Pressure area. It's going to intensify the southwest monsoon or simply keep it going. At the very least, daytime heating can cause some thunderstorms to form.

Night time is quiet because there's no surface heating.

Another thing to watch out for are "waves" making its way around the Low. they can enhance the southwest monsoon and cause it to rain day or night.

If you're in the eastern half of Luzon, it'll be hot and sunny.

    Yes bro.

The western part of Luzon is predicted to be wet.

From the way it is now, still no sign of it being wet.

Classes in the Metro are suspended for today...

Makati, BGC and Ortigas buildings are ghostly images, but i guess they're because of the smog.....
