Just looking at the forecast for Manila International Airport.....

There's a chance for thunderstorms from around 3pm til 9 pm. I do have issues with the forecast though. The observation have winds coming from the east (10004KT) while the first line in the forecast have winds coming in from the west (26006KT). So, the forecast is already off right from the start. He could've stuck with light variable winds (VRB05KT). Then, the whole forecast is basically one line with four TEMPO groups. If I did that here, I'd get chewed out.

It means the forecaster who made the forecast isn't willing to stick his neck out and stand by his forecast. He just wants to cover himself. There could have been a couple of BECMG lines to break up the TEMPO groups.

According to Bulacan govt. website, 201.52meters of of Oct 1.

i got a feeling pretty soon our problem would be too much water in Angat.

i don't think our dams can store more water than what's beyond their spilling level...which means it won't matter how much it rains today, by summer time we'll have low water levels again :p

the only consolation so far is that the volume seems to be controlled, so not much flooding

During NLEX drive last Monday, it started to rain then it stopped immediately after. I brought the car to around 130-140 for a blow dry... now relatively malinis pa rin. Nice thing about keeping the car waxed regularly. :D
