i read on Twitter that SLEX/Buendia was not passable to light vehicles as of 5-6pm...decided to wait it out here in the office. Yung traffic parang typical rush hour traffic lang, but it was already around 10pm na. No baha at the intersection though.
Project NOAH site has doppler readings, among other weather forecasting tools.
