It started to rain in Makati just before 3 pm. The flyover from BGC to Buendia was gutter deep in flood in less than 15 minutes. My mom wanted to go to Pasong Tamo pa and I am glad we did not because apparently it got submerged in flood!
Even Ayala cor Makati Ave got baha?!? Very weird. That is the first time in my entire life I saw that area flood. What is happening ro Metro Manila
