Here during blackout, I got myself a china-made generator. It's just 4k plus and consumes 4.2L of gasoline or like 200++ pesos Good for 8 hrs. I've learned lesson from past storms

Ang naikabit ko 32" cheap china LED TV, a cheap media player with 1tb HDD, cable digital box, Pldt modem + router, 2 chargers for my iPhone and powebank, an LED light bulb and electric fan and my china-made laptop.

So far parang puwede pa loadan ng ibang appliance siguro like for example an inverter washing machine

Binenta ko kse mga branded ko mga gamit nun naghihirap ako, so I opted for these cheaper items. Ang galing parang naging ok pa nga buhay ko bec of less load.

In the future, I'm going for all
LED lighting nasa house plus get a bigger generator and all the inverter stuff

Tawag ako sa mga rich friends ko, wala lang laki generator nila tapos ilaw lang sa Bahay nakabukas lol

Usually, pag malakas ang bagyo, puro hangin ang dala at less rain, like Glenda nalang. Pero yun mga mahihinang bagyo, like Maring or Ondoy, less wind pero more rains.

buti na lang nagka kuryente na kmi last 7pm pa pero walang internet and landline ang Globeline at wala pa rin cable ang cablelink

parating naman si Henry after Glenda

?Glenda? leaves PH but ?Henry? not far behind?Pagasa | Inquirer News

As Typhoon “Glenda” (international name: Rammsun) leaves the Philippines, another weather disturbance is expected to take its place although it won’t “directly affect the country”, the state weather bureau said on Thursday.
In its latest advisory, Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) spotted a low pressure area at 940 kilometers east of Northern Mindanao.
Buddy Javier, a Pagasa weather forecaster, said in an interview with the state-run Philippine New Agency that ‎it was expected to enter the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) anytime on Thursday.
Javier said it was likely that the LPA would develop into a tropical cyclone.
Once it intensifies into a tropical cyclone, he said it would be named “Henry.”

May natumbang poste sa Pasong Tamo Ext malapit sa gate ng Dasma. Two lanes taken on the EDSA bound side.

    OT:

Meralco implements 3-hour rotating brownouts in Metro Manila, Bulacan | Inquirer News

Parts of Manila, Makati, Quezon City, Pasay and Bulacan will be affected.
The statement came after an earlier announcement that it has restored energy in majority of its franchise areas after strong winds toppled power lines in Luzon.
“As of 7 a.m., 64% of Meralco franchise area has power,” the company said over Twitter.
