    Usual friday traffic + ulan + sahod. Eto ang result...

    What usually takes me 10-15 minutes of lax driving, took me an hour tonight.

    The plan didnt push through because they wouldnt have any use for the soccer field for a few years

    Too bad... even if you'd lose your soccer field for a year or two, it is a long term solution to their perennial flood problem during the rainy season.
