    Hopefully, TD 12W Haiku iwould more likey to intensify the ITCZ and be too far to have any direct effect.

    Just heard the news, very little chances that it will enter the PH territory, and if it does it will not greatly affect us as it will just 'touch' the boundaries of the Philippines. But then, we can't rely on PAGASAs forecasts. Hinde naman natin alam. We can't predict everything.
