    pinalitan na ang color coding ng pagasa: yellow, orange at red na daw

    sino ba naman nakaisip na gawing green yung second to highest na warning signal

    Passable na sa light trucks and suv. Pero sa sedan, baka mahirapan pa sa intersection ng abad santos and tayuman. Tayuman itself parang not passable pa. But may ibang parts ng abad santos wala ng baha. Puddle of water nalang.

    Our weather currently, is it only temporary? I have gripes that later this afternoon, heavy rainfall will be experienced, just like yesterday -- hope not, though.

    Our electricity was cut for roughly two hours, 8:30 to 10:30, and just returned a while ago. Weird. The weather here is fair & dry.

    In fainess, I think konti lang ang casualties ngayon inspite of this massive floodings, some of the casualties pa eh mga kagagawan rin nila mga may napanood ako nalunog sa recto underpass dahil lasing tapos nag swimming
