very contradicting to the actual situation. the industry that our business is engaged in is experiencing the worst of times, dyan palang sa bulacan area, more than 75% ng factories nagsara na.

ang dami pang mga nagaapply ng trabaho sa amin. kahit below minimum daw ang wage, papayag sila basta't magkatrabaho lang. e nagreretrench nga kami now, actually, 3 months na kaming walang production.

Hay naku. Ipon na lang na stonger evidence and file for impeachment next year.

Mahina ang evidence pa ngayon kaya na junk ang impeachment.

Hindi pwede, kaso ngayon then ipon ang evidence. Di dapat na-co-compare ito sa isang criminal case dahil bansa ang nakakasalalay dito kapag impeachment case.

Let's move on.

Article XI, Section 3.2 of the Constitution of the Republic of the Philippines

A verified complaint for impeachment may be filed by any Member of the House of Representatives or by any citizen upon a resolution or endorsement by any Member thereof, which shall be included in the Order of Business within ten session days, and referred to the proper Committee within three session days thereafter. The Committee, after hearing, and by a majority vote of all its Members, shall submit its report to the House within sixty session days from such referral, together with the corresponding resolution. The resolution shall be calendared for consideration by the House within ten session days from receipt thereof.

Lozano filed the complaint near the end of June. So, the timeline is just right.
