Hindi ba nga 'pre, nabanggit na yan before dun sa dati pang thread ng Hello Garci, the president calling up a comelec official was "inappropriate" but is NOT a ground for impeachment.

Nag-sorry siya because it was "inappropriate". Not because it was "illegal".
Para bang nag crack ka ng joke habang merong lamay ng patay. Hindi naman bawal mag joke, pero bad taste yung joke mo kaya you have to say sorry for that.
