What street is the lot that you bought? My cousin's house is at Almansa St near the church and I have never heard of or seen it flood there. I use to stay there when I visit the Philippines since it's close to everything.

flood? hindi talaga, kasi mataas ang kalye don at parang bagong gawa ata. teka d ko familiar street sign don e. inform po kita agad tignan ko lang sa map ko sir. ang nakuha ko is near the church, acctually, pagpupunta ka sa church, e maglabas ka lang ng chair sa gate kita mo na si father at rinig mo na misa. hehehe!
