mababa nga pero sarado na namen lahat ng side na pwedeng pasukan ng 2big from other sub, and yes connected ung creek naten pero we spend 20k for that na me ginawang process na hindi aapaw un creek., and riprap was there para sa support, un din ung nakapaligid samen., in fact me ilog pa kame sa likod ng sub., were meron din squatter pero w/ the help of BF bayani fernando., naayus ung mga squatter samen, kasama na si former mayor felix, and mayor mon ilagan., plus the drainage, before me bara ang drainage namen pero me make sure na wala ng bara and lahat ng tubig pag di na kaya dumaloy pupunta sya sa vacant lot., and pag magrerelease sila ng 2big again like what happen nung 1999 na nagkaroon ng flash flood,. hindi sila nakipag coordinate sa mga village na madadamay if ngpakawala sila ng 2big., ngaun 2matawag na sila for us na makapag prepare sa pwedeng mangyare.,

Torente..yeh i know that. Stone's throw away from us. Binabaha dun actually. bago pa makarating sa min tubig meron na doon. Phase 3 pa ok. Phase 6 btw mataas baha dun. kaya kung concern mo is baha wag na dun. Phases 7 or 3 ok pa para at least kung may baha man (pede ka dumaan sa phase 9-3rd gate).

nat: Village east has low grounds compared to greenpark and vista actually. Luckily wala den mashadong typhoon lately (kaya thank God for that) gaya nung last time na tipong lahat ng sasakyan lumulutang sa daan. I remembered that flood na save lang sa min at that time tv at pc. Bumabaha lang naman pag sobrang lakas ng ulan. The problem is may creek kase dito sa area connected from greenpark to village east. that's what's causing the floods when it rains hard. In the 22 years that we have lived here...siguro 7-8 times kme pinasok sa bahay. pinakamataas na nung 1998 or was it 99? after that wala na.. hanggang gutters lang water kayang kaya ng kotse. ahaha nakow, tinatakot ko na sai icho with my flood stories :lol:. hosha.

dami village around here, metroville/kasibulan <--(the most peaceful community i know) greenpark pasig/or cainta. Dami choices if you really want sa area na to.

Ts1n1ta, in case na sa vista verde ko kumuha lote. Anong phase ang di binabaha? phase 2,3,7,9? meron ko nagandahang lote sa phase 2 kaso di ko lang sure kung binabaha.

In phase 1 hanggang Saragosa St and torente may baha. Burgos, Granada Sts ang lumulubog dito. Sa phase 2 and 3 AFAIK nde binabaha. I park my car somewhere in phase 2 pa pag may ulan. Although sa likod ng clubhouse, eh i have no idea kung may baha...i think that's part of phase 2 pa den e.But there's a part in phase 3 which does, Sparta St (sa dulo na to near phase 6 na). Phase 7, malapit sa simbahan nde binabaha, some streets in phase 7 as i have observed eh binabaha den pero below gutter lang. Same goes for phase 9, Yung malapit sa phase 7 area (church area) nde binabaha, pero yung malapit sa imelda ave (gate 3) and phase 5, oo.

Dude if I were in your place I would stay near gate 3 which is near the highway and does not incur flood easily. Althought the people are kinda "always minding their own..."

Thanks for the advice, alam nyo ba yung street na luarca corner vista verde extension? and yung sa dulong dulo ng vista verde ext. , ok ba dito?

Kung malapit sa gate 3 na sinasabi nila (Phase9), mejo may baha den dun. Nde nga lang kasing taas ng sa Vista Verde Ave Phase 1. From around cor ng Gallego sa Vista Verde Ext papuntang Gate 3 may tubig den. Mas mabilis nga lang nagsusubside.

singit lang me, maganda sa VV, may part lang na madidilim like papuntang phase 8, however fair enough naring maluwag yung mga kalye,.. lotsa bbol court din,.. may skul pa (Faith Christian School), mini-grocery (sa main entrance), lapet sa mga mall, palengke etc, daming ibang amenities.

yes, if your from LRT2(Marcos Highway), just turn right to Felix Ave. (highway besides Sta.Lucia Mall. Diretso lang until you see Vista Verde Main Gate at your left side (approx 2 km from Sta.Lucia and Robinson MetroEast.

Dagdag ko lang, lahat ng sinabi ni Chinita in previous discussion is true. In my 25yrs in VistaVerde, lahat ng sulok ng village kabisado ko na. Sa FaithChristian Foundation School ako nag-aral ng elem & hs kasi.

Natuloy ba to? iniwasan ko kasi to kahapon eh. Bakit parang natanaw ko two way pa rin? I need to know this kasi Cainta to Libis biyahe ko eto ang best route. TIA
