ako nga less than 1,000 petot lang starting ko wen i started working and at the very lowest level pa in a top tier bank. i was a college graduate then at ang initial job ko with that bank was something like a glorified messenger. somehow, the results of the cpa board came out after several months at dun nagsimula promotion ko, one after the other until i decided to resign from the same bank and my salary already increased more than a 100 fold kelangan lang talaga siguro ay STP... Sipag, Tiyaga at Panalangin... good day to all

year: 1998
1st employer - P2,500/ week
2nd employer - P8,900/ month

IMO, depende eh: sa industry kung saan naka linya yung, sa line of work mo, sa skill-set/comptencies mo, sa experience mo and some others.
Let's say nasa sales ka, it's possible that your base salary is 5K only pero entitled ka sa commissions. Therefore, yung pag-laki at pag-liit ng sweldo mo eh depende sa sales for for the previous month - at kung naka quota ka.
Kung nasa consultancy work ka, pwede ring 5K lang a month ang retainer fee mo sa company - depende sa agreement e.g. once a month ka lang magpapakita, any additional work would require additional compensation.
Sa 'kin lang, medyo maraming variables to consider.
Pero at 5K/month in perpetuety, medyo lugi ka dyan - kung yan lang ang binibigay sa 'yo ng company, period. However, kung may commissions ka at similar perks, yung increase/decrease ng pay mo eh depede sa performance mo.
