Update: We are seeking to buy the adjacent lot (to our house and lot).

^Yeah. desert_fox is a good son. Kaya lang why is the burial so expensive? Hindi ba casket lang naman ang expensive but then you have a choice naman to get a reasonably priced casket?

our case maybe weird to some people--we are renting a house but at the same time, renting out apts to other people hehhe
we've been renting since we got married but when a chance to renovate my mother's house came up, we constructed a 3-storey 6-door (3 units each on the 2nd and 3rd floors) apt building. . .my mothers stays on the first floor and the rest of the units are being rented out
we are still renting a 3-bedroom house, convenient kasi ang location ng bahay namin ngayon--school, work, shopping at palengke (cubao), and the rent is lower than the money that goes in from renting out the 2 floors
