For now the volunteer load seems to be okay. What we have to really see is how to keep things going for the long run as you're talking a rebuilding process of years according to some organizations. Looking at the flip side of the coin, it would be a good time to start from a clean sheet of paper and rebuild the devastated areas, and work on getting the economy running, in a great way. Samar - Leyte, Aklan, Antique, etc. have been neglected for so long and abused by the powers that be and it's time the people there get their break.
