But what the heck! Sulit naman diba!?

Kelangan ko pang agawin yung transmitter! gusto pang sumama sakin sa fort hehehe :D
    hahahahahahaaaaa!

kupaloids::: nag bonding session kami ni dad kanina sa fort (the best on road/ offroad rc place!!!! its free!!!! ). Aliw! Yung 3000mAh batt ko lasted exactly 28minutes. Mixed course, on road and offroad.

:D BTW, I put a carbon fiber touring spoiler on the truck! heheheh muka na syang ricey honda! But seriously ang ganda ng effect! I'll put the ball bearings later hehehe! :D

chase::: the batt and charger were kinda expensive. pero sulit coz ang tagal ng runtime! 25+ minutes! :D 3000mAh NiMh Batt P2600. Yung charger P1600 (supposed to be connected to a car battery. luckily, i have an AC to 12V transformer).
Yung 540 motor anywhere from 700 to sky's the limit.

Still, this is a cheaper hobby than offroading so ok na rin hehe :D

    pajerokid,

pics naman nung R/C in action hehehe :D

mbt::: Yup! Solb na ako on a single batt! Its a good thing too coz mas hindi sasawaan :D Im almost done with the ball bearings kaya lang the lady from lils gave me a wrong sized one Pareho external diameter but iba yung size nung butas.... gonna have it replaced in a few hours.

Cleaning isnt really a chore. My trick is to use an air compressor to blow off dust and grass :D Oh, and i sealed up the motor too :D

............haaaaaaaaaay, ang hirap maging adik! :wink:mbt::: Yup! Solb na ako on a single batt! kupaloids::: Bulitas, ahehehe! Pare ok talaga sa FORT mag practice! Sobrang luwang! Tama pare, get an offroad truck!

mbt::: pare i have a video of the rc in action kaya lang mga 3MB if you like, you can pm me you email, send ko sayo. The action pics are somewhat disappointing kasi.

pajerokid, Ayos a! Di pala mag hohop-up ha! Tingnan natin in the near future pa. I'll PM you my other email add. ok!?

The tamiya heat sink costs 275. anodized aluminum. effective :D i think kasya sa lahat ng 540 engine :D By the way, ginamit ko ay TL01 universal joints. SUlit talaga tong joint! tahimik! Pareng kupaloids, ok ba yung spoiler ko? :D

super sulit yung txt-1 na yun! sobrang mura, tapos upgraded na yung motors at esc.

ako hindi maka-upgrade ng motor kasi ipon pa para sa esc. hindi kasi pwedeng basta-basta dahil dalawang motor yung gamit ng txt-1, the lower end esc's can't take the load.

may nagbebenta din ng anodized aluminum skidplates + gearbox cover para sa txt-1. based sila from the states, but can ship overseas. quite expensive, but the pictures of the merchandise speaks volumes. the screwholes are countersunk and the plate itself is formed from a plant that normally does aviation parts.

splerdu::: yung anodized aluminum parts cost around 20+ USD per component set diba? nakita ko nga yon sa net (forgot the company who manufactures them) ganda! and definitely matibay. expensive tho.

Any 220v-12v Step Down transformer (adaptor) should do. Yung charger ko was supposed to be getting its power from a 12v car battery, good thing nga meron akong power supply. My charger is an LRP unit. From what i read in the rc forum, medyo ok tong brand na ito, although low end charger lang meron ako :D

BF Goodrich MTs!

pajerokid, Ok yung rear spoiler mo a! San ang byahe nyan, direct flight ba yan? Nyahaha! Although IMO I wouldn't suggest installing a stabilized for offroad truck kasi it will restrict articulation, pero ok yan pag nasa tarmac.
