Napansin ko, yung mga super yaman, usually sobrang simple manamit. But there's something in their aura that exudes class that a normal person wearing an identical pambahay outfit doesnt.

And napapansin ko mas mahilig "pumorma" kuno yung mga social climbers / middle-class. Not that I'm judging, but I just observe that call center agents are often very flaunty with their clothes (and gadgets).

^I guess it still depends on the personality. I do know some well off people that dress well. But then what I perceive as well off might be middle class for you

Physically I am more observant of the skin, teeth and hair. Looks can be bought now, but somehow you still get to distingush if it's artificial or not. Sabi nga ng gay officemate ko "Sa panahon ngayon, pag pangit ka, kasalanan mo na" That was in reference to Deniece Cornejo looking at her before and after pics :bwahaha:

that's where breeding and refinement make the difference -- and that begins at childhood

class -- that's what's lacking in poor people who suddenly get rich

the can buy status symbols but they can't buy class

and when you got class you don't need to wear or carry around status symbols

your look, your poise, your way of speaking, your behavior... those ARE your status symbols
