    I don't equate good looks with wealth/stature.

Nowadays it's so easy to pay for good looks (glutathione, plastic surgery, hair rebonding/perming, liposuction, braces/veneers etc). I am more observant of a person's manners and speech. It gives a glimpse of a person's upbringing which I find very important.

I know people who shun others based on looks or stature. It's very juvenile. Parang HS

I admit though that I can't help but admire people that I find "perfect", but these are people na by my standards have good character on top of the advantages in birth (looks, intellect, lineage etc)

Ako napagkalamalan na sekyu sa Ayala Mall. Naka-office issued barong ako that time tapos nakatayo lang sa isang lugar while waiting for my kasama.

I agree with Uls. Some of the most moneyed people i've dealt with look very, very ordinary.

Nung natapos kami magbilang, may sobra pang 95K. Ayun.

    Being mata-pobre, masamang ugali yan.

Isn't it suspicious for people to still deal with cash on large amounts? Yung friend ko dati nakasabay ko dumating sa bank, I let her go ahead of me sa pila. When it was her turn, yung dala niyang SM plastic bag, cash pala! WTF!!! I was going to deposit a measly amount and it took so long for her transaction. Her dad is a politician We still try not to judge her. What's good is she still maintains an 8 to 5 job.

Nung bago ako dito sa opisina mindful ako sa ganyan not to judge early based sa looks.

in my previous job around 2010 to 2011, i am handling one of the commercial clusters being built by the company in Gen. Trias Cavite.

some of the sales agent back then do not want to handle a certain guy, because nakatsinelas, madumi itsura and of course not all (but some) is bias when it comes to religion.

he inquired with me and my partner in leasing about the space. we help him decide and provided him all the inputs (both asked and standards). we were surprised that right there, on the spot he agreed to pay the lease advances just to close the deal in cash of roughly 500k.

our boss is happy on the outcome of the negotiation, mabait siya. and then while doing business with him i found out na 3 ang SUV niya (MS, Fort and i forgot the other one) ung dalawa pala eh escort lang niya and he is a parang prince somewhere down south, at kilala family nila.

i came from a very poor family and it just so happened that we are blessed and lucky to have a good job not high paying, but enough to have a better life compared to the past.

kaya it is not in my personality to be judgemental / matapobre by the looks.

minsan i envy some of my security guards, houesekeeping personnel becauase they already have their own home (fully paid).
