    you can, except universal rights like right to life etc... but yes you can waive your rights but not the universal one. IN WRITING

    technically you can waive your right to life- not by suicide, by not just eating.

    misnomer na walang bearing ang waiver sa court, gen rule you can waive your rights but there is always an exception
