Pwede naman sila bumalik basta huwag na sila mag expect ng tulong from govt or anybody else.

Pwede naman nila sabihin they will absolve LGU and everybody pag namatay nila and huwag na sila I rescue pag pumutok na taal. Saka hinde na rin sila isama sa evacuation center just in case makalabas sila ng buhay.

They obviously don't value their lives, so why should everybody else bother as well.

Itong mga ito yun unang-una magreklamo pag hinde nakarating agad tulong from govt dahil sa kagagawan din nila.

No government can/will do that. They can charge them later, but they still must be rescued/saved. Besides ask any lawyer and they will tell you waivers don't mean anything in court.

That's my point. Pati buhay ng rescuers madadamay because of some fools. Tapos pag hinde ma rescue agad sila unang una puro reklamo sa Camera. Well, in the first place they shouldn't need rescuing if they just follow the evacuation protocol.

RESCUERS also have the right not to rescue you if it will be next to impossible, but our rescuers are not sissies, bigyan mo ng matinong armas yan ubos ang mananakop na intsik at vietnamese sa wps.

kaya namatay mga rescuers natin, wala kasing iwanan.

you can, except universal rights like right to life etc... but yes you can waive your rights but not the universal one. IN WRITING

technically you can waive your right to life- not by suicide, by not just eating.

misnomer na walang bearing ang waiver sa court, gen rule you can waive your rights but there is always an exception

add ko, sinong lawyer sumagot ng otherwise bukod sa sagot ko ay HINDI ABOGADO OR NAKAPASA NG BAR

    dare!!!!!
