Hi tulong naman...

sinu nakaexperience nito? im not sure kung ang driver ba ang may problem, i think ang OS ko..coz i have 2 printers (HP and Epson) parehas ayaw mag print kasi daw may

something like instruction 0x6064a0db in reference memory 0x00000049 memory could not be read.

ive search the net but i dont know what to search for. i cant print and my computer seems to slow down, nagstart to when i was editing a powerpoint presentation then bigla nag hang ang pc, after that ayaw na mag print.

i already remove and installed MS OFFICE 2003, pero same pa rin eh pag nagbukas ako ng ms office kahit anu doon malakas mag hang and mabagal at ayaw mag print.

Try reinstalling your printer driver.

my OS is windows xp, then my printers are HP 1350 and epson c43ux.. before ok naman tong dalawang to, then i reformatted then d ko muna ininstall ang epson until last saturday...

pag install ko sa kanya last saturday ayun nagloko na... dunno what to do, i keep trying na din mag uninstall sa epson, d ko mauninstall.

since saturday everytime on ko yung HP 1350 na printer sasabihin niya found new hardware

Up date you windows then update the Epson drivers from their website.Spools error happens when installing a printer that is not completely compatible with you r operating systems

spoolsv.exe is a service/windows application na nagsasabing may mga pending printing jobs ka.

I restart mo yung machine mo tapos tingnan mo sa Task Manager -> Processes Tab kung ano ang CPU Time nang Spoolsv.exe na service.

There are a lot of discussions in the net na pag nag 100% ang CPU time nang Spoolsv.exe mo sa Task Manager, more likely na may virus/spyware yung machine mo.

CPU usage ko nga is at 100% so malamang virus to? actually may spywares ako konti like DAP or bearshare, pero kahit dati meron na ito eh..

i guess mali yung nainstall kong driver ng epson or napasukan nga siguro ako ng virus.. thanks, nabasa ko na to kanina pero akala ko mababa ang cpu usage ko. haayy il scan the pc for viruses tonight nalang.. bagong reformat lang naman to eh

salamat sa replies... didnt understand din kasi agad kung anu ang spool.

Hi, Try scanning your PC with Trend Micro's Housecall http://housecall.trendmicro.com/. If no viruses are found, open Control Panel > Printer and Faxes and look for Microsoft Image Writer. Open this if it exists and terminate/delete all pending jobs inside it.
