Hi, Try scanning your PC with Trend Micro's Housecall http://housecall.trendmicro.com/. If no viruses are found, open Control Panel > Printer and Faxes and look for Microsoft Image Writer. Open this if it exists and terminate/delete all pending jobs inside it.
