yun officemate ko lumipat ng san mateo ladt month lang. laki ng ibinata ng mukha LOL
kahit sa maynila sya lumaki, cancer na ang tawag nya sa lugar. ito yun nakipagtalo pa sakin re: street parking sa maynila.
anyway, kung ayaw nila ayusin maynila eh di umalis na mga negosyo doon at lumipat sa matinong lugar. ewan ko kung di maubos pera ng syudad.

I agree bro. And sincerely hope that it will be sustained.

I was referring to the way he was challenging a university to get out of Manila if it cannot follow the city's directive... Yes, wrong, but imo, should be done through another channel/way.

i remember lacson underpass, back in the day.
may banko doon sa gitna, na mukhang akma sa plano.
walang vendors.
it was a pleasure to use.

whoever allowed commerce to multiply and fill it up, should be incarcerated.

i haven't gone there in decades.

another underpass complex that should be cleaned up and made safe, is lawton underpass.
i'll bet some folks didn't know it existed.

that's the one.
it has several entrances/exits, on either side of quezon avenue. total of 7.

parang maze na dun ang it is manage/owned by Victory Mall. imagine pano naging private yun underpass na galing sa pondo ng govt pagpapagawa dun. hinde naman din well maintained, lahat ng space na pwede pinaupahan. kaka bugnot mag lakad dun sa ilalim hirap huminga.

grabe talaga si erap lahat ng palengke binenta, pati yun arroceros park muntikan na din. kung pwede lang ibenta pasig river ginawa na din niya.

saw the news about manila zoo, 8months na ata sarado yun pero ni isang hukay to treat their waste water wala, nga nga lang. siguro naghihintay pa si erap bilhin ng private yun manila zoo, too bad for him natalo na siya.

i hope Isko can really make Manila good again.

pati iyong national museum gusto ko din bisitahin uli. grade school ata last punta ko dyan kaya hindi ko man lang na-appreciate iyong paintings doon.

may bagong bukas na museum of natural history jan last year lang ata nag start ng operation. ok din puntahan sana
