If you are to build your new family ( 5 members) house - would you prefer:
A. a smaller lot (188sqm) on a secure village with wider streets
B. a bigger lot (480sqm) in an open residential area with narrow streets (narrow as in hindi hindi pwede magsabay ang innova at wigo or fort and tricycle).
