Smaller or Bigger lot

that's a hard one!
normally, my regular advice would be, "get the bigger lot!". you can always sell it later.
but 188 sqm but with security and wider roads... are the occupants a big family? an elderly family?
... tough call.

No future developments in the horizon near the bigger lot.

Question lang sa ken about comfort and security since I know both areas - both hindi naman magulo and not much crimes naman na nababalita.

And traffic is far from major roads naman.
