I live in a 320sqm lot, 4br and 3cr. Malawak na yard. But yung sinasabing comfort ng malaking space eh nawawala kung squammy mga neighbors lol. I would really rather live in a studio condo kundi lang dahil sa mga dogs ko.

Okay naman sana sa lugar namin until recently nahaluan ng squatters. Ang liit lang ng area nila sa bandang creek but they'd be all over the village, tambay sa kalsada, playing in the streets. Well lahat naman ng lugar eventually dadami ang tao and depende din sa type ng tao. May problematic neighbors naman kahit saan pero at least yung iba may HOA who deals with the violators. On the other hand I've seen some not so opulent neighborhood na dikit dikit ang bahay pero since daanan siguro ng sasakyan walang tambay sa kalye and tahimik.
