    parang hindi naman "asia's largest mall" yung moa e, mas malaki pa yung sa singapore e (buong orchard road, little india, etc.) kaya nga lang hiwa-hiwalay kaya hindi considered na large mall may pagka-glorietta greenbelt ang style.

    pero i think pag na fully-developed yang buong reclamation area malaking "city" mall ang magiging resulta.

    based lang sa land and floor area.. (square meters)
    from this site - SM Prime Holdings

    SM City North Edsa
    land area - 161,000
    floor area - 275,419 (around 325,000 after completion of Annex 3 this 2006)

    SM Megamall
    land area - 105,000
    floor area - 331,679

    SM Mall of Asia
    land area - 195,000
    floor area - 381,075 (an annex has been planned for the future

    SM City Pampanga
    land area - 316,000
    floor area - 110,650

    baka first stage nga lang yan. next time, sea expansion. undersea mall. while shopping, may mga lumalangoy na pating and isda sa mall windows. hahaha



    parang yun plano sa dubai, underwater hotel daw starting at $1000 a night.

    Pansin ko lang, nung nasa 2nd flr ako, yumu-yugyog yung lugar pag maraming tao.

    Anyways, yung SM Harrison Plaza at yung sa Makati, ganun din. Pag crowded, talagang ramdam mo yung galaw, pero, nakatayo pa rin eh. Kaya siguro safe naman yung lugar.

    Yan yata ang latest design sa mga building ngayon, dapat gumagalaw siya depende sa load para ma-distribute yung stress.
