I'm more lethargic unlike before na I'm more focused, motivated and on the go. I used to have the energy to fight against fatigue and stress but now parang I won't even bother. If I'm feeling tired I will rest. Either I listen more to my body or I got lazier lol. I just want to do more of laid back tita things.

I also realized recently that I am more secured and confident than I thought. I'm okay with myself and don't need much external validation. I also used to be so triggered about everything but lately I'm learning to choose my battles. There's really maturity and wisdom that comes with age and experience.

    hairfall
poor eyesight - although, 3 years na di tumataas grado ng salamin ko.
gaining weight (from 65 kg to 72kg since last year) dahil siguro sa lockdown. grabfood madalas.

but i donate blood every 3 months for the past 4 years.
parang change oil ng katawan ko na yun.

placebo effect siguro: i feel better after every visit sa bloodbank.

Normally when you pick-up stuff that requires you to bend down it gets harder as you age.

Bending over is instinctive for the majority. Unfortunately orthopaedics make too much money out of this.

I bet more than 95% of Filipinos above 65yo cannot do a single squat because of knee pain. They run around qc memorial circle and do zumba.

    Wala lng.. bread and butter...

maraming ganyan naka-upo, just passing thru the depressed areas ("squatters' areas") in my neighborhood.
they get up from that position as easily as hidilyn..
perhaps you refer to the more affluent neighborhoods?
