Its the latest 'in' place. Very nice. Not your standard 'mall'. Its open air and lots of green parkways. The Restaurant row is very nice, always full during weekends and has unique restaurants. The shopping row is huge. In both cases, people watching is definitely in here.

Ang hindi ko lang majustify ay yung cost....even at P3.5M na cheapest option...you can get a 150-200 sq. meter lot na and a similarly decent house from provincial location (within 100km from metro manila).

baka condo dues? projected at 80.00 to 90.00 per sqm ang condo dues dyan sa Serendra.. so if you have a 50 sqm unit, you'll pay Php4,000 to Php4,500 a month.. collected quarterly in advance.
