IMO, it is like a typical housing sa Singaporean setting ... sosyal lang ng kaunti....

Ang hindi ko lang majustify ay yung cost....even at P3.5M na cheapest option...you can get a 150-200 sq. meter lot na and a similarly decent house from provincial location (within 100km from metro manila).
