You might want to add "Save" when buying a dozen. My first impression was your math was off. But, I got your drift a second later.

I was debating about the "Save P24" but i was concerned it'll get cluttered & confusing.

maybe you could also do away with the P12 per piece thing.
since it's 120/dozen they'll realize their savings once they're in

Excellent play on red and yellow. But I'm thinking that under the P120 wordings and over the mid-to-bottom part of the sunburst, maybe there should be some kinda white oval violator inside of which are a pic or 2 of donuts.
I agree with sir Jun that there should be another violator of some sort that says "Save P24!"
The per piece price star looks kinda sheriffy to me, maybe more points or a splash effect?
No need for the 'for' at 'for a dozen'.
Finally, the poster is a little too 'hot' on the eyes. Maybe a little blue or green on the bottom to cool things off as well as a more organic, curvy borderline at the bottom where your logo's at.
Nice work, btw.

...lagyan mo ng isang irresistible pic ng donut, pang contrast sa loud colors.

kung around the store lang naka dikit yung poster ayos lang. pero kung sa ibang lugar baka pwede kang maglagay ng pics nung products (i.e. a box of open donuts), i'm not sure kung familiar ang lahit with the product e. just my 2 cents..
