    bakit ganun noh? kung sino pa kamag anak ang hirap kausap... may kamag anak naman kme lahat utang nila sa min ayaw bayaran.. at nde dahil wala silang pambayad...ayaw lang talaga nila bayaran...utang nila since 1986 pa naipon na. kakaiba talaga.

    kakalungkot kung sino kadugo ganyan pa.

    OTEP, regarding your question kung fair yung assesment, I think its just right factoring in the depreciation of a 5 year old car. Icip siguro nila madami kang pera. Tama si Dabid, make them sign a waiver form baka hahabulin ka pa nila... mahirap magtiwala kung ganyan ugali nila

    Question ko is kung fair na yung participation na lang ng insurance ang bayaran ko (instead of the Php6k diff between insurance shop and Alex Car Restoration)?

    Kasi yung 6k (magkano ba participation nito?) lang naman ang talagang kailangan para maayos yung car. Luho na lang nila na magpa-Alex alex pa so I think they should foot the bill for that luho of theirs.

    sorry namisinterpret ko hehe. Well if they want to have it repaired at Alex's then they SHOULD shoulder the additional expense. Sinabi mo in the beginning of the thread na gusto ng pinsan mo brand new na headlight assembly, thats a warning sign, tapos eto gusto sa mahal na shop... di luho tawag dyan kundi gulang. No offense :D

    ILD, taillight naman. hehehe. Pero brand new pa din ang gusto. Ewan ko lang kung pano teterno ang isang brand new taillamp with the three other existing taillamps.

    Lang hiya sinuyod ko pa ang Banawe last Thrusday finding surplus taillamps tapos biglang bago ang gusto dahil hindi na perfect condition yung surplus. As if naman perfect condition yung sasakyan.

    Kaya gusto ko yung mga 4x4. Kapag may mga malilit na tama at gasgas I can just call it 'trail damage'.

    pero siguro wag nyo na paabutin sa mga oldies nyo. kasi pag umabot dun mas emotional pa yan. yun tipong 6 months to a year ang tampuhan.

    Doc Otep ,tanong lang po ..ang ibig ba sabhin ay

    6K lang ang babayaran ng Insurance

    at ang remaining 6K ay sa iyo na mang gagaling

    kasi ang total cost kay Alex shop ay 12K (services & Brand new Tail light Assembly)

    ganon po ba?
