BDO "retained" 2 of my ATM's because these were "used" daw in ATM machines that had skimming devices.

Really BDO???? !!! ....

At least BPI was decent enough to inform us about change in banking rules.

According to my sister, last Friday BDO and DBP accounts were breached. Mukhang naka-news blackout. The HR in my sister's office informed all of them to check their BDO account balance and credit card purchases to see if anything was off--andami daw. Some of her officemates found out that there were sizable withdrawals made from Malaysia and Germany.

I think BDO was trying to contact their clients individually, but by midday Monday, the line in the BDO next to their office was around the block na. Clients were also asked to surrender their ATM cards.

Thanks for the heads-up. I'm going to BDO in an hour. Buti nalang nandito ako sa Makati when it happened. Yung laman ng bulsa ko kahapon was 20 pesos nalang.
