I dont think thats what the joke meant, although your statement is true.

Maling mali yang prince na yan.. Phils is not half empty.. half is in UK, 1/4 is in Middle East, about 1/10 is in the rest of Asia. That's why those left only have the hobby of multiplying, nauubos na pang export natin eh.
