Well the point here is the worker has a good hygienic intention to himself only. The best he could have done is to cleanse/remove all his tracings after using the facility as a gesture of courtesy to next user.

Saan ba sa Makati? kidding. Nakakainis kasi sa bldg namin P135 flat rate so if I have to go home to do my business eh P270 agad ako a day. Yung toll ko pa P120. Mas mahal pa kung skyway.

    ok?
I don't think so. The issue here is both (washing with hand using water and leaving messy used toilet papers on the floor).

"Mr Bernabe's technique to cleanse himself with water after his toiletry visits leaves the toilet cubical splashed with water suspected to be contaminated with feces and wet soggy toilet paper lying on the floor," the company manager said in the report.

in this case yes, it's about the kalat

but the bigger picture is about hand and poo

    i've heard many similar stories

foreigners even as why there's always "tabo" in the bathroom

pag may tabo sa bathroom, they know there's a pinoy/pinay who uses the bathroom

Simple lang naman solusyon dito...use wet ones...tissue na, basa pa.definitely no hand contact...plus the more clean feeling kasi hindi dry(at sticky)...and always wash your hands parin with antibacterial soap
