has anybody here had tried using macro lens for portraiture? i have read in some of the photog forums that a macro lens (particularly the 100mm/f2.8 type) is also good for portraitures.

Bukas masusubukan ko ito. Pero bigyan kita ng kaunting hint.
NOTE:

Seriously, it is one of the best portrait lens ang 105mm ng Nikkor kasi may pang macro ka na, may pang portrait ka pa, and its one of Nikkor's sharpest lens, very comparable sa 70-200 VRII. Two birds in one stone ika nga. Pero may downside ang lenteng ito when it comes to portraits, which is kahit imperfections ng skin ng tao, kitang kitaLast edited by testament11; March 31st, 2011 at 11:34 AM.
