Santa Cruz is a nice area. But, it's already up near the Bay Area. We're trying to keep it around the San Diego-Anaheim area because the kids want Sea World and Disneyland. My wife would probably want to hit Las Vegas as well because we have friends there. So, no chance in hell we're going to see the Bay Area.
We'll probably go to San Diego first and then head up north to Anaheim. From there, we'll head to Las Vegas. If I have my way, I'd push for Lake Tahoe next. But, that's a long shot. The wife will probably want to stay in Vegas until it's time to go home.Last edited by Jun aka Pekto; April 7th, 2016 at 08:01 AM.

Anaheim to Tahoe would be a long drive

Definitely. A direct route through the Sierra Nevadas would take 9 hours. It would be even longer if I take I-5 north and I-80 east. I mean I've done both routes before. That mountain route can be dangerous at night. You think your headlights are illuminating the mountain slope you're in. In reality, it's illuminating the next mountain and a canyon (plus a sharp turn) is coming up fast.

Perhaps they are emitters of some sort. This is an earlier photo when I was testing my wife's camcorder.
With all that stuff going on at the Spratleys, I wouldn't be surprised if these aircraft deploy to the PH. I saw some PH Air Force flight crew here not too long ago. I would guess they are C-130 crewmen. It's highly unusual to see foreign air crews aside from the Singapore Air Force.
So, something is going on.

Oh I see! That explains why the brembo pads seem to have a different design. The original Akebono...
