it doesn't have to be just the photo per se

since there's the clip in rick mercer report which is an iteration of the idea of care free shopping for women

and the fact that the guy who came up with the idea had balls to put up something like that either just for lulz or marketing scheme makes it worthy to be a meme. and the photo being discussed here is another thing
