    Manholes are circular so that the cover won't fall into into the hole. If it were square, it will fall in if it turns diagonally...

    Have you guys tried reporting thru the usual means? MMDA, ABS-CBN Citizen Patrol, etc.

    meron naman open manhole sa may st. marys hospital sa may old sta mesa. paakyat ng bridge... buti nalang nakita ko.. (whew!)nakakaperwisyo na yun ah!!
